About the Role
• Support Project Accountants with internal and external client requests. • Prepare and send monthly invoices, including expense backup, timesheets, and pay applications. • Monitor and follow up on unpaid invoices to collect accounts receivable. • Evaluate incoming payments and ensure proper cash application. • Process accounts payable, overhead invoices, check requests, and respond to vendor inquiries. • Perform data entry into internal and external accounting systems. • Review client contracts for accurate project setup and manage electronic documents. • Provide general accounting support as needed.

What You Bring
The role requires thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, handling a variety of business‑related tasks for both internal and external client requests, including invoice preparation, accounts receivable monitoring, and cash application. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, one year of accounting experience or coursework, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication and teamwork skills; Deltek CostPoint knowledge is a plus. • 1+ year of relevant accounting experience or coursework. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Effective oral and written communication. • Deltek CostPoint proficiency is a plus.
