Oversee construction documentation, compliance, progress tracking, and supervise junior staff.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies. • Maintain accurate daily records of contractor activities, labor, equipment, and materials. • Review construction materials for contract compliance. • Track quantities and develop pay estimates for acceptance. • Attend and/or chair construction progress meetings. • Observe installation and acceptance testing of completed equipment and systems. • Identify nonconforming work, develop and maintain project punch lists until corrected. • Develop record documentation for engineer review/acceptance. • Assist with project audit/closeout. • Work under general supervision of a senior Resident Project Representative or Design Project Manager. • Supervise and direct junior Resident Project Representatives, Construction Inspectors, testing services, and subconsultants.

What You Bring
Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Previous construction experience with a consulting firm. • Ability to interpret construction schedules. • Problem‑solving skills and ability to propose solutions to engineers. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience. • Demonstrated construction experience on multidisciplinary projects. • Fundamental understanding of contracts and familiarity with applicable codes and laws. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying conflicts. • Strong teamwork orientation. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera, or related construction software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
