About the Role
• Supervise mining, production, and maintenance at two sand and gravel sites. • Oversee day‑to‑day execution of the zero‑harm safety program. • Plan and schedule production resources to meet customer needs. • Manage preventative maintenance for fixed plant and mobile equipment. • Document downtime of fixed plant and mobile equipment. • Analyze trends and lead continuous improvement to boost throughput and availability. • Ensure adherence to Rogers Group operating standards for equipment, schedules, quality, labor, and material. • Operate equipment safely and efficiently while training others. • Maintain accurate time and material records. • Identify, communicate, and implement best practices in quality, maintenance, production, and safety.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate a proven safety record with compliance to MSHA standards. • Hold a high school diploma or GED with 3‑5 years of mining experience (or equivalent). • Prefer a bachelor's degree in engineering, mining, or a related technical field. • Possess knowledge of mining, material handling, and maintenance operations. • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills for work instructions and correspondence. • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for creating efficient spreadsheets. • Display excellent interpersonal and supervisory abilities. • Understand environmental policies, standards, and best practices. • Be willing to travel occasionally for training purposes.
