About the Role

The HVAC Account Manager will continuously develop qualified maintenance, service, and retrofit prospects to maintain a steady pipeline of business while preserving goodwill with existing accounts through regular follow‑ups. Responsibilities include preparing itineraries, conducting outreach calls, and following up on sales leads within the assigned territory, as well as gathering detailed project information from building owners, developers, and maintenance personnel. The manager will organize technical data, brochures, and service manuals, assist in preparing bid proposals, and deliver sales presentations to qualify the company for bid lists or exclusive maintenance contracts. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the collection of delinquent accounts, resolving customer complaints, and taking corrective action within authorized limits. • Develop and qualify maintenance, service, and retrofit prospects to ensure a steady workflow. • Maintain goodwill with existing accounts through regular follow‑ups and client engagement. • Prepare itineraries, conduct outreach calls, and follow up on sales leads within the territory. • Gather project information from owners, developers, and maintenance personnel regarding scope, budget, and bidding process. • Organize technical data, brochures, and service manuals; assist in preparing bid proposals. • Deliver sales presentations to qualify the company for bid lists or exclusive maintenance contracts. • Assist in collecting delinquent accounts, resolve customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
