About the Role
The Party Chief leads the onsite layout function, ensuring all work aligns with quality‑control standards while maintaining a safe environment. The role requires collaboration with project leadership to identify improvement ideas, daily communication with clients and management to resolve tolerance conflicts and constructability issues, and active contribution to the IIF safety culture. • Responsible for the installation of onsite layout • Provides layout that adheres to quality control requirements • Directs and oversees staff • Ensures a safe work environment • Participates in training and certifications

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess at least six years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. A minimum of two years’ experience as an Instrument Man II is also required.
