What You Bring
DP World is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Freight Forwarding team in Myaree, WA. In this role, you will lead operations and customer service teams across imports, exports, transport, and warehousing, ensuring the seamless execution of DP World’s end-to-end logistics strategy while consistently meeting customer expectations. You will also oversee key internal and external stakeholder relationships and work closely with sales and key account teams to drive operational excellence and support the company’s strategic growth objectives. • 5+ years freight forwarding experience, including 5+ years leadership experience. • Extensive knowledge of Western Australia operations and international trade. • Strong capability in managing relationships and stakeholder engagement. • Proven skills in team leadership, development, and effective communication. • Proficient in reporting, process optimisation, and operational workflow management. • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure with advanced problem‑solving skills.
