About the Role
The Site Safety Coordinator promotes and ensures safety on job sites, overseeing day-to-day field operations. Key duties include planning, coordinating, and communicating safety regulations while acting as the company’s primary safety point of contact. • Promote and ensure site safety across all project locations. • Plan, coordinate, and communicate safety regulations to crews. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety matters. • Travel to job sites in Alabama as needed. • Communicate safety information in both English and Spanish. • Drive on company time for work‑related tasks. • Participate in profit sharing, 401(k), referral bonuses, and service appreciation programs.

What You Bring
Candidates must be willing to travel to Alabama, be bilingual in Spanish, and hold OSHA 30 certification (OSHA 510 required, OSHA 500 a plus). Additional requirements are current CPR and First Aid certifications, 2–4 years of construction safety experience, equipment trainer certifications, a clean drug screen, background, physical, and a valid driver’s license. • Maintain OSHA 30 certification; OSHA 510 required; OSHA 500 preferred. • Hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. • Possess 2–4 years of construction safety experience. • Hold equipment trainer certifications. • Pass pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and physical exam. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet driving background requirements.
