About the Role

Graduate Project Controls is a role at KBR that supports multidisciplinary projects through cost management, budgeting, and financial oversight. The graduate works closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasts, transparent reporting, and strong governance compliance, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. • Perform cost and budget analysis for major projects. • Apply risk management and contingency planning. • Implement budget management frameworks and tools. • Monitor project costs, variations, and milestones. • Support development of cost management tools. • Ensure governance compliance. • Prepare cost reports and forecasts. • Accrue an additional 8 hours of time off every 4 weeks. • Utilize flexible work arrangements (start/finish times, WFH, flex time). • Participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plans and paid parental leave.
