What You Bring

The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, produces high‑quality work, and enjoys hands‑on problem solving. Required qualifications include at least six months of wireless telecommunications experience, a two‑year vocational or military‑equivalent technical degree, and the ability to read site plans, construction drawings, and statements of work. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, knowledge of RF theory, interconnecting circuits (T1, T3, microwave radio), and a valid driver’s license are also essential. Candidates should be self‑motivated, flexible, capable of leading or supporting a team, and possess strong attention to detail. • Stay current in wireless technical theory and operational discipline. • Adapt quickly to changing environments and understand the full project picture. • Possess solid knowledge of RAN theory and advanced transport applications. • Minimum 6 months wireless telecommunications experience; vocational/technical degree or military equivalent preferred. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office. • Understand interconnecting circuits (T1, T3, microwave radio) and basic RF, electricity and electronics theory. • Hold a valid driver’s license and comply with motor‑vehicle policy. • Self‑motivated with initiative, basic leadership, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Work independently or within a team with strong attention to detail.
