Senior Project Manager - Stadium

About the Role

You will lead and manage activities across all three phases of the project lifecycle, from strategy development and bid preparation during the pre‑tender stage, through procurement strategy, tender evaluation and contract award, to on‑site construction delivery, safety embedding and stakeholder governance. The position also involves championing sustainability initiatives and digital innovation across construction operations. • Lead pre‑tender activities: develop strategies, delivery plans, bid documentation, support feasibility studies, engage clients, and prepare tender packages. • Supervise procurement: define strategies for contractors, consultants and suppliers, evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with budget and programme milestones. • Oversee construction delivery: monitor on‑site progress, enforce programme, cost and quality targets, embed safety and HSW framework, and manage stakeholder reporting and governance. • Drive sustainability initiatives and digital innovation throughout construction operations. • Champion safety, client focus, integrity and create opportunities for team development.
