About the Role
The Field Recruiter owns full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations. This role works closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to secure talent that directly influences business performance and growth. In this position you will be accountable for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires within assigned business areas, while supporting hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach as needed. You will also contribute to a collaborative talent acquisition team focused on results, continuous improvement, and shared success. • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles, from requisition intake to offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leadership to define staffing needs and hiring priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure consistent flow for hiring needs. • Collect interview feedback and advise hiring teams on selection decisions. • Deliver a transparent, timely candidate experience and act as the primary point of contact. • Accurately update candidate data in the ATS and follow standardized recruiting processes while seeking efficiencies. • Own hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires; support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach. • Contribute to a collaborative TA team environment focused on continuous improvement.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. • 1–3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑volume setting. • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates, managers, and partners. • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to professionalism. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at time management. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP a plus).
