About the Role
The purpose of this position is to provide project management expertise in electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical aspects of large Turnkey Electrical Projects. The role supports teams of designers, engineers, construction managers, and electrical, civil, and mechanical contractors, primarily in the Southeast or West Region. Key responsibilities include managing project scope changes, developing and maintaining schedules, creating and prioritizing action item lists, producing daily/weekly progress reports, and implementing financial controls. The position also involves construction estimating, sales support, coordinating design teams, improving subcontractor inefficiencies, overseeing subcontractor budgets, and ensuring a safe work environment through safety analysis, rigging plans, environmental risk planning, job audits, confined space programs, and lock‑tag procedures.

What You Bring
Additional duties involve maintaining accurate as‑built documentation and punch‑lists. Candidates must possess strong computer skills in SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Qualifications require a BS or AS in civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering (or equivalent experience), at least five years of project management experience, and PMP certification. Candidates should have knowledge of electrical SWGR, power distribution, power system engineering, automation, controls, and relevant codes such as NEC, NFPA 70E, ANSI, NETA, NERC/FERC, and NESC.
