About the Role
The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, teamwork, professional appearance, and clear communication with leads, supervisors, co‑workers, managers, and customers, while also supporting shift leads with punch‑list items and maintaining a clean work area. • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures • Perform work assignments as part of a team • Maintain a clean work area • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules • Take direction and respond to supervision • Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers • Fill in during staff shortages • Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items • Use proper personal protective equipment • Clean and stock restrooms and breakrooms • Build respectful relationships with teammates and guests • Take directions from Cleaning Lead, Supervisor, or Manager • Coordinate activities with internal departments • Participate in team meetings • Recognize safety as top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures • Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move boxes, parcels, and shipments • Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times daily
