About the Role
Sheet Metal Workers/Installers will fabricate and install ductwork, air distribution, and HVAC equipment on active construction sites, ensuring compliance with relevant codes. The role involves applying mechanical principles using appropriate equipment and following required safety practices in support of RQ’s mission, vision, and values. • Fabricate and install ductwork, air distribution, and HVAC equipment on active construction sites. • Ensure installations comply with applicable codes and safety standards. • Apply mechanical principles using appropriate tools and equipment. • Provide identity proof, U.S. work authorization, and pass drug and background screenings, including DoD clearance.

What You Bring
Requirements include a high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least four years of journey‑level sheet‑metal experience in a commercial or facilities‑operations setting; experience in government, military, or large commercial construction is preferred. All candidates must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization at hire and successfully pass drug screening, commercial criminal background checks, and a Department of Defense background check for access to the military base. • Hold a high school diploma or G.E.D. • Possess at least four years of journey‑level sheet‑metal experience; government or military construction experience preferred.
