About the Role

The Associate – Technical Assessment and Monitoring role involves executing assignments, coordinating with consultants, managing accounts throughout the engagement, and ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective process management. The role also requires bill certification for executed works, reviewing safety and quality management practices at sites, monitoring sales MIS, demand, collections, and managing escrow account inflows and outflows. • Execute assignments and coordinate with consulting teams. • Manage client accounts and ensure deliverable quality. • Interpret development regulations and approval processes for various project types. • Develop detailed construction cost estimates covering civil, MEP, finishing, infrastructure, and consultant fees. • Conduct on‑site visits to collect data, monitor progress, and report findings. • Prepare BOQ estimations and perform labour‑material rate analysis. • Certify bills for completed works and verify safety and quality compliance. • Review sales MIS, track demand, monitor collections, and oversee escrow account transactions.

What You Bring

Key responsibilities include a thorough knowledge of development regulations and approvals for residential, commercial, and township projects, creating detailed cost estimates for construction activities, conducting site visits to gather primary information and monitor progress, and preparing BOQ estimations with labour and material rate analysis. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture, or an MBA in construction management/real estate, with 2–3 years of project management or bill certification experience, strong analytical, quantitative, and project management skills, and excellent written and oral communication. • Hold a civil engineering/architecture degree or MBA in construction management/real estate. • Possess at least 2–3 years of project management or bill certification experience. • Demonstrate expert analytical, quantitative, and project management capabilities.
