About the Role

The finance professional will prepare reports and financial statements for senior management and external SEC filings while analyzing global results to identify key business drivers. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the individual will provide data, accounting advice, and support process improvements, as well as assist auditors with their requests. The role includes preparing consolidated forecasts, managing ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and leading projects that enhance finance efficiency. Ensuring compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and company policies is a core responsibility.

What You Bring

The position requires a strong analytical mindset, effective communication, curiosity, a results‑driven attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Minimum of three years of accounting or finance experience. • Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future. • Currently residing within 50 mi of Beachwood, OH (exempt for active‑duty military). • Working knowledge of US GAAP. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, Oracle EPBCS, SAP, FCCS, and Longview. • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts. • Curious, inquisitive, and comfortable challenging the status quo. • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
