About the Role
The Sales Manager for BRUSH Power Generation will lead commercial growth across the West Coast states of Arizona, California, Washington and Oregon. Acting as the primary point‑of‑contact for BRUSH power‑generation products, the role focuses on building customer partnerships and driving profitable revenue. The incumbent will design and execute regional growth strategies, manage complex multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, and work with engineering, finance, legal and marketing to produce compelling proposals. They will engage channel partners and key corporate accounts, expand market presence, and collaborate with internal teams to support after‑market spares, repairs and maintenance offerings. • Drive regional revenue growth across AZ, CA, WA, and OR. • Develop and execute targeted campaigns for power‑generation products. • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, qualifying and converting opportunities. • Manage multi‑disciplinary proposal development with engineering, finance, legal and marketing. • Build trusted relationships with end users, channel partners and key influencers. • Partner with Aftermarket Services to expand spares, repairs and maintenance sales. • Utilize CRM systems for pipeline visibility, forecasting and customer insights. • Define and implement strategic plans to enter established and emerging markets.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and proven experience selling generator and motor services to oil‑&‑gas, utilities or industrial customers. Strong analytical, commercial and leadership abilities, along with effective use of CRM tools, are essential. • Hold a BEng/BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • Demonstrated experience selling generator/motor services in oil‑&‑gas, utilities or industrial sectors. • Strong analytical, pricing and forecasting skills for commercial decision‑making. • Proven ability to lead small teams or cross‑functional groups.
