About the Role

The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator provides hands-on support to the Marketing team by managing branded materials, coordinating internal initiatives, supporting sales and engineering needs, and assisting with company events and career fairs. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys juggling a variety of tasks and working cross-functionally. The position is part-time (20-25 hours per week) and based on-site in Houston. Key duties include ordering and managing apparel and merchandise, maintaining sales-materials inventory, coordinating color-chip and panel-sample logistics, and supporting content management by archiving drone footage and assisting with blog publishing. The coordinator also plans internal contests and engagement events, provides travel and presentation-graphics support for sales, and assists engineering initiatives such as career fairs and installation-manual orders. Additional tasks involve reviewing LinkedIn profiles for updated team photos and performing other marketing, sales, or operational duties as needed to ensure smooth departmental operations. • Order and manage apparel, merchandise, and swag inventory. • Track sales-materials inventory, orders, and shipment dates. • Coordinate ordering, labeling, organization, and shipping of color chips and panel samples. • Download and archive drone footage and videos; assist with blog publishing. • Plan and execute internal contests and themed engagement events. • Book travel, hotel rooms, conference rooms, and create presentation graphics for sales support. • Support engineering initiatives, including career-fair logistics and ordering installation manuals. • Review LinkedIn profiles to update team member photos.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in marketing coordination or administrative support is a plus, along with strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with basic design tools or marketing platforms is advantageous. The role requires detail-orientation, proactiveness, the ability to work independently, and on-site presence in Houston. • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Marketing/Communications preferred. • Prior experience in marketing coordination or administrative support. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design/marketing tools a plus. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. • Must work on-site in Houston.
