About the Role
The role involves partnering with key stakeholders—including business lines, service lines, account teams, pursuit teams, and subject‑matter experts—through the bid process to execute strategic sales opportunities. Responsibilities span prospecting, RFI/RFP handling, presentations, and contract negotiations. Close interaction with clients is essential throughout. You will create bid strategies, identify win themes, and develop high‑quality, customer‑focused tender responses within allocated timeframes. Coordination of internal and independent reviews, securing timely approvals, and ensuring alignment with internal processes are critical. Additionally, you will work with creative teams to enhance the visual impact of proposals and presentations. Collaboration is central: you will partner with sales leaders, pricing managers, solution and proposal team members, and marketing to craft tailored, competitive solutions for prospective clients. Participation in the global Sales Enablement Team will facilitate the exchange of best practices. The role also requires probing and refining proposed solutions to strengthen client offerings. • Partner with business, service, account, and pursuit teams to drive strategic sales opportunities through the bid lifecycle. • Design winning bid strategies, craft win themes, and deliver high‑quality tender responses on schedule. • Coordinate development of clear value propositions and tailored proposals with sales leaders, subject‑matter experts, and marketing. • Lead internal and external reviews, secure approvals, and ensure alignment with internal processes. • Collaborate with creative teams to enhance the visual impact of proposals and presentations. • Manage end‑to‑end bid activities, including RFI/RFP responses, clarifications, and presentations. • Influence senior stakeholders and navigate matrix organizations to secure buy‑in for solutions.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of experience in solution development, bid management, or the real‑estate industry are required. Candidates must communicate effectively, both written and verbally, and possess strong influencing skills at senior levels. A proven track record of developing successful solutions and winning strategies is essential. Ideal candidates are process‑management experts who can take ownership of the entire bid lifecycle, from proposal development to clarifications and presentations. Experience in real‑estate environments—such as facilities, projects, or transactions—is valuable. Strong influencing abilities in matrix organizations and a collaborative mindset are also important. • Leverage 10+ years of experience in solution development, bid management, and real‑estate domains to drive business growth.
