Job Highlights
About the Role
The role’s primary purpose is to implement or support an integrated risk‑management framework across a major capital programme, ensuring that threats, opportunities and issues are identified, assessed, mitigated and reported efficiently. • Facilitate identification, assessment and prioritisation of threats, opportunities and issues within the sub‑programme. • Maintain visibility of trigger points to enable risk cost profiling, timely drawdown of risk budget or retirement of threats/opportunities. • Use risk data to inform investment planning. • Record and manage measurable, specific management responses and assess post‑mitigation positions. • Monitor overall risk exposure against the remaining risk budget. • Proactively drive completion of management responses to achieve target positions. • Collaborate with contractors to assess contractor‑held risks and their impact on client risks. • Produce timely risk reports communicating threat and opportunity status. • Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to determine project contingency levels. • Apply risk modelling tools such as PRA, @risk, Safran, or equivalents; use web‑based databases like ARM, Predict, Tableau.
