About the Role
Manage and grow relationships with national and regional electrical wholesalers. Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, branch visits and quarterly business reviews. Collaborate with extended sales teams across the business in each state to leverage their presence and maximize coverage. Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive quotes using internal tools and resources. Maintain a strong pipeline in Salesforce CRM and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities. Achieve defined revenue and growth targets for the electrical channel segment. • Build and maintain relationships with national and regional electrical wholesalers. • Conduct face-to-face meetings, branch visits, and quarterly business reviews. • Coordinate with state sales teams to maximize market coverage. • Generate accurate, competitive quotes using internal tools. • Keep Salesforce CRM pipeline up-to-date and follow up on opportunities. • Meet revenue and growth targets for the electrical channel.

What You Bring
5 years of experience in business development, account management or sales within the electrical industry preferably in critical power or power distribution. Experience managing wholesaler relationships and engaging with contractors. Solid understanding of electrical products, power quality solutions and distribution channels. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach and willingness to travel nationally. • 5+ years in business development, account management or sales in the electrical industry. • Proven experience managing wholesaler relationships and contractor engagements. • Strong knowledge of electrical products, power quality solutions and distribution channels. • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills. • Self-motivated, proactive and willing to travel nationally.
