Collects and manages survey data outdoors using total stations and GPS equipment.

About the Role
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of survey equipment. • Collect quality survey data. • Operate survey instruments including level, robotic total stations with electronic data collectors. • Work on survey crew to complete surveys such as topographic, boundary, subdivision, ALTA, construction layout, and as-built surveys

What You Bring
• Adherence to company safety policies along with use of supplied personal protective equipment, (PPE) • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel out of town occasionally for projects. • Reads and understands plans and specifications. • Attention to detail • Takes accurate and clear notes and note reduction. • Able to gain a working knowledge of Robotic Total Stations, and GPS. • Able to operate and train others in the use of survey equipment including conventional and electronic instruments and computers (hardware and software) • Possess good interpersonal skills, and effective written and oral communication skills.
