About the Role
As the Visiting Scheme Manager you will work independently with a ‘can‑do’ attitude, prioritising and managing your own workload. The role is customer‑facing, supporting residents—typically over 60—in maintaining their well‑being and independence, while receiving support from a Regional Manager, Head Office Team, and a Training and Support Assistant. You will be responsible for the general management of the building, organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the property structure, and overseeing contractors who handle communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning. The scheme comprises 28 one‑ and two‑bedroom flats with shared facilities such as a resident lounge, kitchenette, laundry and communal gardens, and you will act as the first point of contact for resident complaints, lease‑hold enquiries and property alterations. • Support residents to maintain well‑being and independence. • Organise repairs and maintenance of communal areas and building structure. • Oversee contractors for cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning. • Act as first point of contact for resident complaints, lease‑hold enquiries and alterations. • Communicate effectively with residents, contractors and clients. • Work 20 hours per week on a permanent contract.

What You Bring
A good standard of IT knowledge is essential, with regular use of applications such as Outlook and Word. Benefits
The position offers a salary of £13,103.34 per annum and is based at White Horse Court in Storrington. It is a permanent, 20‑hour per week role within Grange Property Management, the operating company of Clarion Housing Group.
