About the Role

The Assembler is responsible for winding, assembly, complex and repetitive wiring, and producing complete sub‑assemblies and final control equipment assemblies. The role includes checking electrical and mechanical performance to ensure quality standards. Work is performed from drawings, engineering specifications, and manufacturing information. The assembler determines needed parts, prepares requisitions, cuts and strips wire, routes, assembles, adjusts, fits, modifies components, and may handle lifting, bending, ladder work, and power tools. • Interpret drawings, specifications, and manufacturing information to assemble and wire control equipment. • Identify required parts, prepare requisitions, and obtain materials from stock. • Cut, strip, and attach terminals to prepare wire for assembly. • Route, assemble, wire, adjust, fit, and modify components to create completed control assemblies. • Perform lifting, bending, ladder work, and operate power tools as needed. • Verify electrical and mechanical performance of assemblies against quality standards and make adjustments. • Implement engineering and customer changes, and perform repairs. • Report equipment irregularities or malfunctions to a coach. • Maintain required records and keep the work area tidy. • Follow all safety and hygiene regulations. • Operate battery‑powered and compressed‑air tools.

Applicants must have a mechanical/electrical background and be able to lift 35 lb.
