Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

The Business Intelligence (BI) team focuses on continuous learning and innovation, encouraging analysts to engage with Tableau and Alteryx communities and adopt new analytical techniques. Analysts are expected to develop proof‑of‑concept solutions that demonstrate ROI and then transform those prototypes into sustainable, repeatable processes shared across JLL. Day‑to‑day duties include supporting the core Tableau BI solution, advising staff on data analysis and reporting, and ensuring iterative design processes with regular business feedback. The role also requires active participation in BI communities, knowledge sharing, and providing constructive feedback to analysts and data engineers on new initiatives. • Develop and maintain analytical proof‑of‑concepts and convert them into scalable BI processes. • Build and enhance Tableau dashboards while providing guidance on data analysis and reporting. • Apply iterative, agile project management to deliver collaborative analytics solutions. • Participate actively in internal and external BI communities for continuous learning and knowledge sharing. • Provide constructive feedback to analysts and data engineers on new initiatives. • Collaborate across geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders. • Utilize BI tools, data‑warehousing technologies, and analytical languages (e.g., Python, R) to extract insights. • Meet performance targets, deliver high‑quality work under pressure, and mentor colleagues.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are passionate about data, possess strong data‑visualisation and storytelling abilities, and can quickly learn emerging tools such as predictive‑modeling techniques. Excellent communication, business awareness, and familiarity with agile project management are essential for designing actionable analytical solutions. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in BI, computer science, econometrics, operations research, statistics, or equivalent experience, plus at least one year of BI or data‑analysis work. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical mindset, proficiency with Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx, and scripting languages (Python/R), and the ability to collaborate across dispersed teams while delivering high‑quality work under pressure. • Demonstrate strong data visualisation, storytelling, and predictive‑modeling skills using Tableau and Alteryx. • Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
