About the Role

The role supports all administrative functions related to the delivery of Service Project Operations. The incumbent must develop a comprehensive understanding of team and customer needs to provide effective administrative support for service delivery. Key responsibilities include arranging and coordinating meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, updating records, and capturing critical incoming information such as meeting changes or customer calls. The role also handles general document control—filing, printing, and archiving—and assists management in preparing project delivery and installation plans. The administrator collates service delivery documentation, including periodic inspection results, commissioning certificates, and electrical test results, and supports reporting requirements for health and safety incidents and onboarding processes. Material needs, such as consumable shortages, are also managed to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. • Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders. • Update records and capture critical incoming information. • Manage document control tasks including filing, printing, and archiving. • Assist management in preparing project delivery and installation plans. • Collate service delivery documentation such as inspection results and certificates. • Support reporting for health and safety incidents and onboarding. • Address material needs, including consumable shortages. • Participate in team meetings, training, and toolbox talks. • Contribute ideas for improvement and implement approved suggestions. • Work independently and take ownership of tasks until completion. • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
