About the Role

The Project Manager will lead multiple project teams on municipal water and wastewater studies, including water and wastewater master plans, hydraulic modeling of distribution and collection systems, water‑quality modeling, and asset management. They will provide technical expertise and guidance to teams and collaborate with utilities to resolve complex issues and develop capital‑improvement plans. • Manage and lead technical tasks and develop scope/fee proposals for water/wastewater master planning projects. • Support business development activities, including proposal development for hydraulic modeling projects. • Lead multiple project teams on municipal water and wastewater studies, such as master plans, hydraulic and water‑quality modeling, and asset management. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and collaborate with utilities to solve complex issues and create capital‑improvement plans.

What You Bring

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, a professional engineer license in Oklahoma, Arkansas or Kansas, and at least four years of relevant experience. Preferred expertise comprises hydraulic‑modeling software such as Innovyze (InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM SE, InfoSewer, InfoSWMM, H2OSURGE, InfoAsset Planner) or Bentley (SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, Hammer), GIS applications, client development, sales/marketing, and strong written and verbal communication skills. • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering and a PE license in OK, AR, or KS with at least 4 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate expertise with hydraulic‑modeling software (Innovyze and/or Bentley products) and GIS applications in water and wastewater planning. • Exhibit strong client‑development, sales/marketing, proposal development, and communication skills (technical writing and verbal).
