About the Role

Key duties include taking ownership of service requests and complaints, handling them within the defined turnaround time, and conducting daily rounds to report any observations. You will conduct timely customer feedback surveys, respond to emergency situations according to Brightstone policies, manage lost‑and‑found procedures, and attend training programs. Additional responsibilities involve processing calls and emails, ensuring complaint closure, maintaining inventory and complaint trackers, updating handover registers, and overseeing events, general maintenance, and guest handling. You will work on a residential site in Mohali, reporting directly to the Property Manager. The role requires an on‑site presence with a scheduled 48‑hour work week. • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and tenants, maintaining strong public relations. • Collect and communicate guest feedback, sharing insights with relevant teams for service improvement. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Take ownership of service requests and complaints, resolving them within defined turnaround time. • Perform daily site rounds, identify and report any observations or lapses. • Conduct customer feedback surveys and present reports to management. • Respond to emergency situations per Brightstone policies and liaise with authorities. • Manage lost‑and‑found procedures and attend required training programs. • Process incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely closure of complaints. • Maintain inventory, complaint trackers, dashboards, and update handover registers each shift.
