About the Role

In this position you will ensure that customer invoicing aligns with project milestones, monitor invoice status, and assist with cash collection and supplier payments. You will also maintain accurate project financial data in ERP systems and prepare standard financial reports and review trackers. • Prepare and process customer invoices aligned with project milestones. • Track invoice status and resolve billing questions. • Monitor incoming payments and assist with cash collection activities. • Track factory and supplier payments according to purchase terms. • Maintain accurate project financial data in ERP systems. • Prepare standard financial reports and project review trackers. • Support month‑end close, audits, and project close‑out activities. • Follow established financial processes and documentation standards. • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

The role offers an early‑career professional the chance to deepen experience in project finance, accounting processes, and cross‑functional collaboration while contributing to sustainable energy projects worldwide. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field. • Have 0–2 years of relevant experience through internships, co‑ops, or entry‑level roles. • Understand basics of invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to ERP/SAP is a plus. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills.
