About the Role
The HCM Fusion Analyst/Admin supports, analyzes, and configures the Oracle Fusion environment, covering Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence Management, Performance & Goals, Learning, Talent Review, Reporting, and Journeys. This role provides primary technical expertise, leads implementation of new processes and third‑party data integrations, and ensures accurate information is available for analysis and decision‑making. Trusted with highly confidential data, the analyst serves as the main point of contact for HCM Fusion while collaborating closely with HR, IT, and external consultants to enhance, fix, configure, and customize the system to meet business requirements. The position offers a strong foundation in HR and Benefits, with training available for additional areas as needed. The analyst evaluates business processes and procedures to create functional and technical solutions, maintains up‑to‑date documentation, and supports strategic planning, security, and disaster‑recovery initiatives. They work closely with IT and HR department personnel, processing end‑user tickets, coordinating with third‑party vendors, and providing advanced technical assistance. This collaborative approach ensures the Fusion system remains aligned with organizational goals and operational priorities. • Analyze, create, change, and support enhancement requests, recommending solutions to the business. • Provide BIRT publisher support, administration, and report writing. • Champion setup and testing in Fusion, applying Oracle methodologies and best practices. • Collaborate with integration team to support and maintain internal/external system integrations. • Generate advanced ad hoc reports using tools such as fast formulas, Excel, SQL, BIRT, delivering accurate, timely information. • Interpret user requirements, develop alternatives, offer recommendations, and influence decisions. • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation of business workflows and processes. • Manage Fusion system configuration, security settings, applications, users, groups, and memberships. • Monitor, maintain, and create scheduled jobs and processes in data exchange and BIRT reports. • Process end‑user tickets and coordinate with third‑party vendors to resolve issues. • Provide advanced technical assistance and support. • Load and convert data using HCM Data Loader (HDL) for workforce structure, worker, and work relationships data. • Support strategic planning, security, and disaster recovery initiatives. • Work closely with IT and HR personnel. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the duration of the shift. • Frequently use telephone, computer, email, and other electronic devices to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors.

What You Bring
• 3–5 years configuring and supporting HR and benefits modules in Fusion. • Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. • Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud implementation (preferred). • Knowledge of corporate HR and benefits processes. • Quick learner and self‑starter committed to continuous learning. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong problem‑solving abilities, able to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities. • Interact with people and technology frequently throughout the shift.
