About the Role

The opportunity is to maintain a safe, hazard‑free workplace and consistently produce high‑quality insulation paper products by operating rewinder machinery in line with safety procedures and industrial quality standards. The role also contributes to continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will set up, operate and monitor the rewinder machinery, conduct safety‑oriented routine checks before work, and continuously monitor output for defects, taking corrective action when needed. You will maintain accurate quality and safety records, follow standard operating procedures, and report any unsafe conditions, defective equipment, or quality concerns. Visual inspections, removal of defective material, routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks are also required. Accurate production records must be kept and compliance with company standards such as ISO procedures is required. Finished rolls are to be packaged according to packaging guidelines, labeled correctly, and any stock or equipment issues communicated promptly to management. • Operate and monitor rewinder machinery following safety procedures and routine checks. • Perform visual inspections for defects, remove defective material, and conduct basic cleaning and maintenance. • Record production, quality, and safety data; follow SOPs and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues. • Package finished rolls according to guidelines, label products accurately, and communicate stock or equipment issues to management. • Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and internal/external regulations. • Use measurement tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.

What You Bring

The role requires a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2–4 years of factory experience, and willingness to work A, B, or C shifts. Strong problem‑solving abilities, knowledge of safety and quality control in machine operation, manual handling skills, and good communication and teamwork are essential. Proficiency with measurement tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape) and fluency in spoken and written English are also required. • Hold a diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2–4 years of factory experience and willingness to work shifts. • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills in English.
