About the Role
The BIM Specialist III position in Abu Dhabi will lead and manage Building Information Modeling processes for large‑scale construction projects. The role involves developing advanced BIM strategies, integrating BIM across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring efficient, collaborative project delivery throughout the lifecycle. • Develop and implement advanced BIM strategies and workflows for complex construction projects • Coordinate BIM integration across cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle • Perform sophisticated 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination using BIM software • Analyze and optimize building designs for efficiency, sustainability, and constructability • Generate detailed reports and visualizations to support data‑driven decision‑making • Mentor and train junior BIM specialists and project team members • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction challenges • Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards in Abu Dhabi and the UAE • Stay current with BIM technologies and implement innovative solutions • Lead BIM‑related meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or a related discipline and possess a BIM certification such as Autodesk Certified Professional. They must bring at least five years of BIM implementation experience on major Middle‑East projects, advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and strong knowledge of UAE building codes and sustainable design principles. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field • Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent BIM certification • Minimum 5 years of BIM implementation and management experience on large‑scale Middle East projects • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks • Expert‑level skills in 3D modeling, visualization, and clash detection • Strong knowledge of building information management and data analysis • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools • Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities
