About the Role

• Attend the property daily and on‑site to show, lease, and move in prospective residents. • Qualify leads, conduct tours, generate new leads, maintain model units, and follow up to close leases. • Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Track prospect traffic, respond to leads within 24 hours, and use sales strategies to meet or exceed leasing targets. • Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate leasing data. • Address resident complaints, requests, and ensure overall resident satisfaction. • Help develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market reports. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and project a positive community image. • Enforce community policies consistently as delegated by the supervisor. • Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, working in various weather conditions, and being available for overtime, weekends, or emergencies.
