About the Role
The Tenant Services Coordinator supports BGIS clients by coordinating delivery of small‑scale maintenance projects, workspace changes, design and office services, and by resolving tenant issues related to these projects. The role also assembles scopes and specifications, manages tendering, handles financial administration, and monitors contractor performance for tenant service and base building projects. Coordination with BGIS and subcontracted forces, as well as assistance to Facility Managers, are key components of the position. • Process service requests (phone, email, in‑person) and track work orders. • Coordinate BGIS and subcontractors to deliver tenant services. • Support Facility Managers on small‑scale projects: contractor selection, performance monitoring, budgeting, quality control. • Review contracts, flag discrepancies, and request purchase orders. • Interpret client processes, culture, and policies for effective service delivery. • Provide superior client management and customer service. • Organize, coordinate, and document multiple tasks; multitask effectively. • Interpret contracts and utilize CAD (asset) and MS Office tools.

What You Bring

Benefits
This is a full‑time regular position with a salary range of $54,185‑$67,732 per year, determined by the candidate’s competencies, experience, and education.
