About the Role
In this role you will support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services, ensuring the job is done right and with excellence. You will be challenged to climb poles or operate a bucket truck, install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants, and troubleshoot field issues as they arise. • Perform pole climbs or operate bucket trucks to install, relocate, and maintain aerial RF and fiber plants. • Read and interpret schematics and construction prints for accurate execution. • Troubleshoot and resolve field problems during construction and repair activities.

What You Bring
We are looking for a safety‑driven professional with a proven record of high‑quality work and a hands‑on approach to solving tough problems. The ideal candidate is an experienced lineman comfortable working in a bucket truck, reading schematics, and committing to long‑term projects alongside a collaborative team. Relevant MOS codes (2847, B05A, 3D157, 002599, 5699, 12P, 12Q) align well with this position. • Demonstrated safety focus and a track record of delivering high‑quality work. • Hands‑on problem‑solving ability and enjoyment of teamwork on long‑term projects. • Extensive experience with aerial lineman equipment, including pole climbing and bucket‑truck operation. • Ability to read schematics and construction drawings; relevant MOS codes are a plus.
