This role offers a motivated detail‑oriented professional a chance to grow in project management within a global real estate leader. As an Assistant Project Manager you will work closely with Project Managers to plan, coordinate and deliver projects that meet client expectations and business goals. You act as the central communication hub for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. • Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. • Coordinate communication among project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients. • Track milestones, manage documentation, and maintain accurate project records in Procore. • Support procurement, contract management, and compliance with Cushman & Wakefield standards. • Help with project risk assessments, quality control, and reporting activities. • Contribute to stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.

What You Bring

• Hold tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline. • Have experience supporting or coordinating projects in property, construction or development environments. • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Exhibit excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; preferably experienced with Procore or Power BI.
