Job Highlights
About the Role
• Provide trade‑specific electrical system design, layout, calculations, and coordinate with other trades. • Participate in trade organizations and prepare presentations. • Manage CAD/BIM and technical staff assigned to projects as directed. • Assist with employee performance reviews as requested. • Estimate construction costs and evaluate feasibility using ROM. • Write engineering proposals under senior engineer or designer direction. • Work on Critical Facilities projects. • Select appropriate systems independently or with senior guidance.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical engineering required. • Minimum 7+ years of relevant MEP experience. • EIT certification required; PE or related certifications preferred. • Understand the work of other trades and apply LEED principles. • Proficient in trade‑specific design and calculation software. • Strong dispute‑resolution skills. • Ability to review, annotate CAD drawings and visualize 3‑D building spaces.
