About the Role

In this field‑based role you will be responsible for meeting top‑line sales targets by selling a portfolio of power‑tool and construction‑supply brands, building and maintaining key relationships with end‑user partners, and managing CORE and other SBD contracts. You will also mentor local market teams on end‑user development, collaborate with channel marketing on campaigns, and keep accurate records in Salesforce to drive a streamlined sales process. • Achieve division and local market sales targets for DEWALT, STANLEY, BOSTITCH, and other brands. • Establish and nurture relationships with end‑user partners, including trade associations, engineers, and purchasing teams. • Manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs. • Teach and mentor local market teams on end‑user development and purchasing processes. • Partner with Channel Marketing to execute coordinated marketing initiatives. • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce as a CRM and planning tool. • Communicate successes and challenges promptly to improve account strategies.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent construction experience), have at least three years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies, and possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. A valid driver’s license, ability to travel up to 50 % of the territory, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Possess 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies with a proven results record. • Demonstrate strong negotiation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication abilities. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50 % of the assigned territory. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
