About the Role
The role involves leading and executing the full systems engineering development life cycle, including requirements management, design, verification, validation, and certification testing, while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. • Lead and execute the complete systems engineering life cycle, covering requirements, design, development, V&V, and certification testing • Influence continual improvement of systems engineering capabilities and evolution toward an MBSE environment • Develop and apply MBSE tools, processes, and techniques to create stakeholder‑focused system architectures • Execute system architecture concepts and validate feasibility through engineering calculations and predictions • Perform systems modeling using MBSE, SysML language, and tools such as Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, or CAMEO • Create best practices for system/sub‑system architectures and allocate requirements to subsystems and LRUs • Plan, lead, and execute requirements capture and architecture development using tools like CRADLE and DOORS NG • Drive continuous improvement to meet project KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction • Conduct multiphysics simulations using Matlab/Simulink and leverage digital tools for transformation • Lead new mechanical/electromechanical system development via Eaton PROLaunch/PreLaunch processes • Prepare and manage schedules and project costs in collaboration with the Project Lead/Manager

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Systems Engineering, with INCOSE certification considered an advantage. A master’s degree plus 10+ years or a bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering, electromechanical design, development, validation, and launch is required. Required skills include at least 5 years of experience with MBSE/SysML/UML methodologies, proficiency in system architecture, requirements management, Matlab/Simulink, AmeSim, MathCAD, verification and validation, as well as strong communication, analytical mindset, and a results‑driven attitude. • Practitioner in Systems Engineering with hands‑on experience in multi‑disciplinary, safety‑critical industries such as aerospace and automotive • Deep hands‑on experience with MBSE toolchains and SysML modeling tools like Cameo, MagicDraw, Capella, and Enterprise Architect • Familiarity with industry standards like ARP4754A and IEC15288 (desired) • Model and validate multiphysics systems (mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, electrical/electronic) with risk management and robust design methodologies; DFSS GB certification preferred • Proficient with CAD and analysis tools such as Creo, Matlab/Simulink, AmeSim, and MathCAD • Advanced problem‑solving proficiency
