About the Role
• Create detailed airport maps that delineate zones and activities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. • Utilize advanced GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD Map 3D) to produce geospatial representations of infrastructure and operations. • Analyze GIS data to assess impacts on airport expansion proposals and present findings to stakeholders. • Recommend land‑use and infrastructure planning optimizations based on geospatial analysis. • Manage and maintain GIS databases, guaranteeing data consistency, accessibility, and integration with other project datasets. • Ensure compliance with aviation sector standards and best practices for geospatial data management. • Collaborate with planners, engineers, and external consultants to align GIS outputs with project objectives. • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and visualizations communicating GIS insights. • Stay current with emerging GIS technologies and identify opportunities to enhance workflows. • Contribute innovative GIS solutions for airport infrastructure planning and management.

What You Bring
We are seeking a GIS Expert to support airport infrastructure projects by creating detailed maps, analyzing geospatial data, and providing insights for expansion proposals. The role requires a Master’s degree in GIS/Geoinformatics, aviation sector experience, and eight to ten years of professional GIS expertise. • Master’s degree in GIS, Geoinformatics or a related field. • 8–10 years of professional GIS experience, preferably in the aviation sector. • Proven expertise in map development, GIS data management, and large‑scale geospatial analysis. • Proficiency with GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and AutoCAD Map 3D. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for interpreting and presenting GIS data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. • Knowledge of aviation sector mapping standards and requirements. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Proactive, solution‑driven attitude with collaborative leadership abilities.
