About the Role

You will also provide technical support to customers and act as a technical advisor for the operational and maintenance aspects of the system equipment. • Perform emergency on-site repairs, start-up, and preventive maintenance for UPS, PDU, and battery systems. • Respond to service calls in an on-call, regional capacity. • Deliver technical support and serve as advisor on equipment operation and maintenance. • Apply troubleshooting, testing, and repair techniques on power and battery equipment. • Maintain a valid, unrestricted state driver’s license and travel up to 25 % to customer locations.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold at least a high school diploma or GED, with an associate’s degree in electrical or electronics fields (or be enrolled in a bachelor's engineering program) preferred. Required experience ranges from two to three years with power systems, battery technologies, or electronics, and you must be able to read schematic drawings and apply troubleshooting, testing and repair techniques. An electrical technology certificate and a valid, unrestricted state driver’s license are also required. The position is remote with up to 25 % travel to customer sites. Applicants must reside in the greater Peachtree City, GA area unless they are active‑duty military, and no relocation assistance will be provided. • Read and interpret schematics to diagnose and resolve issues. • Possess 2–3 years experience with power systems, battery technologies, or electronics.
