What You Bring

Candidates must have at least eight years of land development project management experience, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, extensive contacts with architects, developers, land‑use attorneys, planners, and land owners, and strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil3D. Business development experience, including proposal writing, scope definition, and budgeting, as well as excellent communication, staff management, and a proven record of profitable project delivery, are required. • 8+ years of land development project management experience • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license • Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D • Business development experience: proposal writing, scopes, budgeting • Effective positive communication at all organizational levels • Ability to manage and mentor staff and allocate resources effectively • Proven track record of profitable land development project delivery
