About the Role
We are seeking a senior product designer who will help create a best‑in‑class enterprise SaaS product across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, the role blends research, interaction design, and prototyping to deliver data‑informed solutions. The designer will partner closely with product managers, engineers, QA, and the design system team. • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and developers to deliver end‑to‑end user experiences • Conduct user research and usability studies • Work with the design system team and developers to ensure successful implementation • Champion good product design principles and raise awareness across the organization • Engage with users to understand workflows, environments, needs, and pain points • Design modern SaaS/enterprise products with a strong portfolio showcasing process and outcomes • Build and sustain relationships across teams and functions • Provide design feedback and mentor less‑experienced designers
