About the Role

As part of our resort operations team, you will be the heart of exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction with club members and guests is special. Whether creating a beautiful atmosphere or delivering warm, friendly service, your role will help guests create lifetime memories. • Prepare assigned units for guest arrival. • Greet guests and respond to their requests courteously. • Report any maintenance issues promptly. • Maintain clean carts and orderly supplies and equipment. • Assist management with linen and supply inventory. • Maintain open, flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. • Work full 8‑hour shifts standing/walking, with reasonable accommodations if needed. • Anticipate guest needs and consider the impact of work on them. • Build confidence through honest, dependable interactions.

What You Bring

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred. • Ability to bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 50 lb and push/pull up to 100 lb.
