Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and manage issue control using Revit/Navisworks.

About the Role
In this role you will coordinate 3D models from civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical departments, ensuring that models are formulated for their intended purpose and that issue management is handled through BIM 360. You will work closely with civil, electrical and mechanical teams as well as external suppliers, and liaise with the project and tender teams on BIM‑related timelines, budget, risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures. • Analyze customer specifications to ensure solutions meet requirements. • Coordinate 3D models across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. • Manage model issues and compliance using BIM 360. • Collaborate with project and tender teams on BIM timelines, budgets, risks, and opportunities. • Travel internationally as needed for site visits and customer presentations.

What You Bring
The BIM Coordinator will analyze customer specifications to verify that Hitachi Energy solutions satisfy those requirements, bringing strong knowledge of Revit modelling and coordination through Navisworks. Candidates should hold a degree in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering and possess at least five years of BIM experience. Proficiency in 3D modelling and coordination software such as Revit, Tekla and Navisworks, along with Microsoft Word and Excel, is required; knowledge of MEP materials or Tekla steel detailing is an added advantage. Occasional international travel for site visits and customer presentations may be needed, and the role demands strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Hold a degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering with 5+ years of BIM experience. • Proficient in Revit, Tekla, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office; MEP material knowledge a plus. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
