About the Role
The Executive Engineer – Integrated Facilities Management (Corporate Solutions) leads on‑site operations and provides technical support for low‑side HVAC systems (split, ductable, package, VRV/VRF), fire alarm, VESDA, PA, fire‑fighting, pumps, electrical HT/LT distribution, earthing, circuit breakers, thermography, switchgear, VFDs, controllers, UPS, and batteries. The role also includes preparing PPM documentation, reports, presentations and maintaining risk registers using MS Office tools. Financial responsibilities include overseeing the site’s budget, managing contracts, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality work is delivered at the right cost. Teamwork is a core focus; you will support staff growth through effective training and coaching, promote JLL’s "I am JLL" behaviours, and maintain a motivated, ethical work environment. • Lead on‑site facilities operations and provide technical support for HVAC, fire, electrical, and related systems. • Manage site financial operations, budgets, contracts, and vendor performance. • Build and maintain strong client and site‑team relationships; serve as primary contact for facilities concerns. • Promote teamwork, coach and train staff, and uphold JLL’s core behaviours and ethical standards. • Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all technical systems. • Oversee PPM documentation, reporting, risk registers, and create presentations using MS Office.

What You Bring
Strong communication is essential as the Engineer interacts regularly with account leads, facility managers, and clients, building trust and acting as the go‑to person for any facilities‑related concerns. Proactive engagement ensures that business expectations are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated mechanical/electrical graduate with 4–5 years of property or facilities management experience, strong health‑and‑safety knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to organise, analyse, and communicate professionally. • Require 4–5 years of facility/property management experience with a mechanical/electrical graduate background.
