About the Role

The VDC Coordinator position is remote but requires completion of an onsite new‑hire orientation. The Engineering VDC Coordinator supports engineering and construction efforts by developing, maintaining, and coordinating accurate 3D Revit models for electrical systems. The role’s essential functions include developing and managing electrical Revit models, coordinating those models with internal teams using Autodesk tools, performing QA/QC checks for constructability and scope alignment, collaborating with engineers to translate designs into models, running clash reports and resolving issues, meeting modeling deadlines, and mentoring BIM modelers. • Develop and manage electrical Revit models per standards • Coordinate models with internal teams using Autodesk tools • Perform QA/QC checks for constructability and scope alignment • Collaborate with engineers to convert designs into models • Run clash reports and resolve issues with stakeholders • Maintain modeling deadlines • Mentor BIM modelers

What You Bring

The coordinator will use Microsoft Office and be proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with preferred experience in model coordination and Autodesk Construction Cloud. The position is stationary and involves frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close and color vision, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lb. Safety protocols address COVID‑19 transmission, PPE provision, reduced foot traffic, enhanced cleaning, and open communication for concerns.
