About the Role

The Project Manager role at Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of real estate facilities projects, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met. Projects may involve mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and architectural applications, as well as administrative and budgetary control responsibilities. The manager coordinates resources and maintains full control of project execution to fulfill client expectations. Core duties include managing project deliverables, developing scopes of work, scheduling reports, coordinating the development of drawings, and guiding design and construction phases. The manager proactively addresses project‑related issues and ensures successful initiation, planning, execution, and completion against agreed targets. High qualitative and quantitative standards are maintained, along with accurate electronic file management. Responsibilities also encompass preparing agendas and meeting materials, leading meetings, and maintaining master project budgets and timelines for each phase. Approvals are obtained for organizational changes, additional commitments, and budget overruns. The manager coordinates vendor RFQs/RFPs, reviews change orders and invoices, and keeps building management apprised of progress at all times. • Manage project deliverables: develop scope, schedule reports, coordinate drawings, oversee design and construction phases. • Proactively resolve project issues and ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, and completion against targets. • Maintain high-quality work standards and accurate electronic documentation. • Prepare meeting agendas, lead meetings, and maintain master budgets and timelines. • Obtain approvals for organizational changes and budget variances; coordinate vendor RFQs/RFPs. • Review change orders and invoices; keep building management informed of progress. • Read and interpret construction specifications, architectural, and engineering drawings. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field and have at least five years of relevant experience. Required skills include strong project management, client relations, the ability to read specifications and architectural/engineering drawings, budgeting, organization, multitasking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, problem‑solving, and providing guidance to junior staff. • Require bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate solid project management, client relations, and ability to manage full project lifecycle. • Highly organized, multitask, proficient in Microsoft Office, strong problem‑solving skills.
