About the Role
• Prepare foods according to specifications while maintaining a clean kitchen and work areas • Keep food areas clean, store items properly, and follow health specifications at shift end • Ticket and date food items with employee names to ensure freshness and track stocked items • Assist in all kitchen areas, wash appliances and utensils, and manage trash and recycling • Rotate and label all food with date, time, and employee name • Stock foods in coolers and appropriate shelves per health regulations; record and report spoilage or over‑production losses • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with HGVC standards • Fulfill reasonable requests from management

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: 1–2 years of culinary experience including grill and cold prep, High School diploma or GED, strong teamwork skills and attention to detail • Preferred: current food safety certification
