About the Role

A Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, provides prompt courteous waste removal, ensures vehicle compliance with safety standards, adheres to company, state and federal regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports. Key duties include pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, navigating assigned routes, loading and compacting refuse, disposing of material at designated facilities, interacting courteously with customers and dispatchers, tagging unsatisfactory containers, monitoring waste for issues, cleaning spills, maintaining vehicle readiness, completing route sheets, VCRs and productivity reports, meeting productivity standards, following safety policies, and participating in the ReSOP program.
